Main Menu: File -> Backup/Restore
Bersoft Private Email (BPM) can backup and restore its configuration, which comprises the following data:
Email Accounts Settings
Email Address Book.
Preferences and other miscellaneous Settings. like Email White and Black List, Spam words, etc.
SPAM Dictionaries (which are automatically updated any time you mark any message as SPAM or Not Spam).
All RSA Keys, including your private and public keys and the public keys from your correspondents.
The messages are not included in the backup file.
Since all messages are stored in the Config\Mail folder and subfolders (inside BPM Main folder) as individual files, copying them is not difficult.
Use the File -> Backup/Restore menu to backup or restore BPM settings.
The settings are saved as a file with .bpmbak file extension.
When restoring backups, RSA Keys added after performing the backup, will not be deleted, unless they have the same name that previous RSA Keys, in which case they will be overwritten.
Selective Restore: when restoring backups it is possible to select which settings/files will be restored.
