Stand-Alone Ebook Setup Program

Besides compiling executable Ebooks, HyperMaker can create a state of the art installation program too.

To create an installer click the button and select Create stand-alone setup program.

The installation program tasks are:

Copies your executable Ebook to the user's Hard disk, creating a Folder in the process, usually inside Program Files directory.
Creates one or several shortcuts for running the Ebook on (locations ar set at design time in Setup Tab):
- Windows Desktop
- Windows Start Menu
- Windows Start Menu > Programs Folder
Creates an uninstallation key, so by using the Add or Remove Programs icon in Windows Control Panel, the user can remove the Ebook.
The installer will offer to install the Ebook in a predetermined Folder, but the user can select he wants the Ebook to be installed.

To install Ebooks user should always run the installer with Administrative privileges, when running Windows version newer than Windows 9.x / ME (like Vista, XP, etc.).
