Convert character entity and numeric references

Modifies HTML source pages so the search function can find accented and special characters (like ñ, ç and many others more). This kind of characters usually is written as character entities or numeric character references. Example

 Char  Syntax
 á  á
 Á  Á
 ...
 á  á
 â  â

Because HyperMaker Ebooks only search for literal characters (like á or ñ), to be able to find accented characters in your publications the HTML source must be modified. Of course, if you are using plain English language you do not need to select this option. This option is disabled, unless you select it.
